Does he truly want to be hated for this? The Minister must have lost his bloody sodding mind to force us into something that is as ridiculous as this. I just don't understand us. Does he want to become the next Fudge? Everyone knew that he was a bloody ponce, but I never expected Kingsley to follow in the git's footsteps! It kind of makes me think that there's more to it than just this, but it seems legitimate. I just don't understand why. Are we so incapable to pick out our own spouses that now the Ministry is required to do it for us?
Although it does make me wonder who I'm paired up with.. It's scary to think about the possibilities that there could be, though I'm sure I can handle it for the most part. I know that we're required to get married to.. whoever the bloody hell we're paired off with, but does that necessarily mean that we can't have affairs? Who's to stop us from doing so if it's done in secret? So wouldn't that defeat the purpose of having an arranged marriage?
I thought I got out of this when my daddy father agreed to not arrange a marriage for me with a bloke from India.
